Padmavati second trailer to put all rumours, controversies to rest?

Padmavati stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor; it revolves around the life and times of the 13th century Rajput queen Padmini of Chittorgarh, who had reportedly chosen self-immolation over falling prey to the evil clutches of the foreign invader and Sultan of Delhi Alauddin Khilji.

The film was supposed to be released on 1 December this year but the makers decided to voluntarily defer its release owing to the surging protests and controversies around the film.

And in order to put all rumours and controversies to rest, the makers of Padmavati are reportedly planning to unveil the second trailer of the film that will showcase the valour and pride of the Rajputs and will only focus on Maharawal Ratan Singh and Rani Padmavati.

However, people associated with the film have time and again have clarified that the film doesn’t have any objectionable scene that would hurt anyone’s sentiments.
